I had an appointment for tire change and inspection. It is hard for me to rate the work done as I have no way of knowing how well the job was done but the service was friendly and prompt. I haven't driven my vehicle far yet and this is my first visit with new owners. I recieved estimates of work needed and time frame when they should be done for safety and I intend to follow up with those. One thing I did appreciate was that they fixed one of the tires that was taken off (it had a nail in it) so it would be good for spring, free if charge.

Exceptional service. Made my car buying experience easier than I could have imagined and better than any dealership I have dealt with in the past. Accommodated me in every way possible, even picked me up after my old car broke down. The team at Sunrise Ford is top notch and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. We required a new battery for our C-Max to the point that it needed to be towed to Sunrise Ford. The service staff were friendly and helpful. The battery needed to be ordered in, that took a day and our car was repaired quickly. We were happy with the service and would go back again if we needed more work.
